I called fix'it for a dishwasher problem. Quick response on the phone, with explanation of prices, and technician sent the next day. The problem was not too serious (clogged circuit) and was resolved quickly but, from experience, I know that some repairers would have pushed for consumption (unnecessary replacement of a part, etc.). Anyway, I save their number, hoping I won't need it too often.

I'm really not a complainer, I called them for a simple thing, repairing a built-in hood. Their technician rushed by; he looked at the hood; lit it; he looked at the filter; found that the hood was not pulling; and he left just as soon... without even taking out a screwdriver.I was counting on professional technical service and I got absolutely nothing. It was short and not good.They claimed that the door giving access to the hood was stuck, which was false. It was screwed on by 4 side screws... But the screwdriver was obviously an option.So the technician arrived and left in less than 5 minutes to make the same observation for which I called them.On a technical level my dissatisfaction is total. But the billing service works well on the other hand. Calling them for... nothing and a quick passage costs €80.

I had a problem with my washing machine. I contacted Fix-it and from the first phone call to billing, I was impressed by their rapid help, their exceptional quality of service, their punctuality and their friendliness!!From the first call, they were transparent and clearly explained their pricing policy. I contacted them 2 days ago to repair my dishwasher after reflection and seeing that the motor was making noise I decided to buy a new one.. I contacted them immediately but despite the fact that I had no fixed appointment for the next day they charge me 55 eur?? More expensive than a doctor…this is the first time this has happened to me but it is clear that I will never contact them again……and I will add that NEVER, despite what he says, I have never been told about the cancellation conditions it's completely false... but to my disadvantage it's true I didn't investigate further... nor read their cvg.. this will serve as a lessonBut 55 eur while I am almost sure that my slot is rebooked he will receive 2 x the money….. in short bad experience bad communication….never fix it again.. I confirm

I worked with Guillaume during my VOO period and I followed with great interest his choice to create fix’it maintenance & repair.I found this choice daring and I followed its evolution. But I didn't subscribe until a few weeks ago when my dishwasher broke. I used the brand's service (premium) and the price offer was high, the intervention took more than a week. So I decided to contact Guillaume, and therefore to subscribe to a fix’it subscription and the result exceeded my expectations. I had a visit from a technician the next day and my problem was resolved 2 days later. The machine works perfectly again. I simply paid for the part (less than €50) which is not included in the first 3 months of the subscription.If I had subscribed before, I would not have paid anything other than my subscription.So, be proactive about such a subscription.Congratulations, Guillaume (Aubert) for your innovative and very useful initiative. This is not yet another insurance policy but a new service. I am very happy to participate in the development of his start-up and I wish him a long life!
